Inspiration...

Last night our dealers came in after closing and brought in loads of treasures and holiday inspiration.  The mall looks fabulous and festive!  Stop in and see what's new.  And don't forget...our Christmas Show begins December 3rd and we're opening at 8:00am!  We have a fantastic show in store for you so don't miss it!

Storewide Sale This Weekend!

Welcome Expo visitors!  We're having a storewide sale through Monday, November 1st.  You'll save 10-20% off throughout the mall.  The selection is the best in Portland.  No matter what you're looking for, we probably have it.  We're only 15 minutes away and it's well worth the trip, I promise.  We're open everyday from 10:00~6:00 (Sunday, 10~5).

Salvage Finds...

The salvage garden is filling up fast with great stuff!  If you haven't been in lately, you're missing out because things are selling fast and furious!  We have industrial pieces, utility carts, farm tables, painted dressers, cupboards, doors, architectural elements and more.  We're open everyday!

European Flea Market...

Mark your calendar for Sunday, October 17th, 10am~5pm! Monticello is sponsoring another great flea market across the street in the Chevy Store parking lot.  All proceeds go towards the Oregon Spay/Neuter Fund & Animal Rescue & Care Fund. So many dogs and cats are in such need so come out and support this great cause.  There's going to be lots of treasures at bargain prices so get there early and don't miss out!  If you'd like to donate items or volunteer to help out, contact Kate at 1-520-971-3890.

Farm Table or Traditional...

What I've noticed at this time of the year is that we all start gearing up for the upcoming holidays and  having friends and family get togethers.  The kitchen and dining room become the focal point and gathering place.   If you're in the market for a new table or larger table, now is the time to come in because we have a great selection to choose from.  Whether you're looking for a farm style table or traditional, choose from several in our furniture showrooms.  The holidays will be here sooner than you think so get ready now! 

   

In The Window...

Welcome BELLA in the window this month at Monticello.  She brings a little farm, charm and home goods for the fall season. Check it out!

Celebrity at Monticello...

This past week has been such a blur that I almost forgot to mention that we had a celebrity shopper in...Tori Spelling! She came in and bought a truck load of treasures!  She was very sweet and kind and absolutely loved the mall.  She and her family were in Portland for her brother's wedding.  Thank you Tori for twittering about your visit!  Come back soon!

As I mentioned in the last post, our salvage garden is going through a transformation after the Fall show and lots of "Kool" stuff is pouring in.  The mall also has some great new stuff this week so come see what's new!

Salvage Garden Makeover...

The show has come to an end and everyone is tearing down and packing up.  But, don't be sad because we're bringing in all your favorite chippy, rusty, painted and primitive furniture, including architectural pieces,oddities, iron, industrial and so much more!  The transformation starts this week so come see what's new this weekend!

If you missed the final BARN HOUSE show of the season, you still have a chance to buy their wears here at Monticello.  They'll be with us through the end of the month in the front window, Barn House style!

Fall Show Finale...

Our Fall Premier Show is still going strong but it's coming to an end on Sunday.  Everyone has restocked for the final finale so come on in this weekend.  Fall is here and it's time to decorate the home in fall colors and get it warm and cozy for the nesting season.  Take a walk through Monticello and you'll see so many inspiring displays and ideas for Fall decorating.  Come visit us and get inspired!

And speaking of show finales and inspiration, the boys of BARN HOUSE are having their final show of the year at their Battle Ground location on Saturday, Sept. 25th.  It's going to be grand so don't miss it!  Go here for more information and directions.

FALL IS IN THE AIR...

Can I just say W O W!  What a great turn out we had for the opening of our Fall Premier Show.  We had lots of happy customers by the looks of all the treasures flying out of here! But not to worry if you haven't made it in yet because everyone has been busy bringing in more great treasures and restocking all week so don't feel like you missed out.  The show runs through the 26th and will be stocked full until the end so don't miss it!  I'll leave you with more "eye candy".  Remember...we're open everyday!           ~Joyce
