An Amazing Christmas Show...

This past weekend was a whirlwind of shoppers that came out for the opening of our much anticipated Christmas show and boy did they come!

Shoppers lined up early Friday morning and when the doors opened, they were on a mission and the buying was fast and furious.

Thank you to everyone who came out for this magical event. You amazed us with your buying power! But then again, Monticello has the best selection of ornaments, fresh wreaths, garland and greenery.

If you haven't made it in yet...no worries. The dealers have been in several times already and restocked merchandise, greenery and ornaments galore!

The show runs through January 1st and we're open everyday!

Come for the treasures and lots of inspiration.

What a fantastic turnout we've had! The Fall Premier show is in full swing and I mean to tell ya, it's been swinging! As some of you may already know, our beloved friend and dealer, Julie Krumpacker, of Kindred Roses, learned last week the devastating news that her 15 year old daughter, Sidney, has cancer, Hodgkins Lymphoma.

Let's talk books. I cannot resist a good decorator book or books with great covers and old leather. Not only are they great for actually reading, but they also have many great uses.

We stack them and use them as a shelf to display our favorite little treasures on. They're great to display in cabinets or bookshelves or displaying with groupings of antiques and vintage collections.

They can make us forget about our stressful lives as we flip through the pages of pretty pictures of interior design, decorating, gardens and outdoor living.

They give us inspiration to draw from.

They get our creative juices flowing and give us so many ideas. They make us think, "Wow", I can do that!

So take some time today and pick up a book. You'll be inspired.

And maybe even learn a thing or two! (ya think?)

Rebuilding Rome...

Well our Home & Garden show has come to an end and I have to say that it was our best garden show ever. Every year, the talent and creativity gets better and better with every show. A big THANK YOU and hugs to all of our talented dealers and special guests who made this a huge success. You're the best!

Our next show is our Fall Premier Show coming September 9th through October 2nd. This show is already in the works and I can already tell you...it's going to be F A B U L O U S, featuring new guests and
AWESOME displays.

But don't be sad that the show is over because we're filling the salvage garden area full of your favorite things for your yard & garden and much much more! There will be a hugh selection of indoor/outdoor plants and shrubs, pots & urns, garden trellis's, arbors, fencing, statuary, indoor/outdoor furniture, architectural salvage and even a new potting shed! We're rebuilding the garden ("Rome") this weekend so come on in and check out the new look.

It's no wonder so many people move to Arizona. Our winters are so long and dreary and WET! We're all so sun starved and it looks like we're in for another late summer. But on a positive note, all this rain is what makes our great Northwest so beautiful. I love all the green, lush landscape. And where would we be without our rusty, crusty, mossy treasures! We love our rust but enough already with all this rain!

The Home & Garden show is still going strong and being restocked daily so come on in and get out of the rain. And join us this Saturday in the Garden from 12 to 4pm as we welcome Suzette of "Twig". This sweet garden shed is our newest addition to the salvage garden. It can be yours, delivered and setup. It measures 12'x6'x10'. The siding, roofing, windows, inside details, built-in sink are all from vintage recycled materials. The decorative piece around the 1946 sink came from a 100 year old headboard! Also comes with two built-in chandeliers! This is a must-see, must-have!
